Contradictory attributes of God?
Some people, regardless if they believe or not in God make limitations on God’s power and character, based in human standards, to either disprove His existence or diminish His glory.
One of the most common arguments I hear is:
“If God is omniscient, omnibenevolent and all powerful he knows when suffering will occur (omniscience), doesn't want it to happen (omnibenevolence), and has the power to stop it (all powerful), by the nature of his character, these events would not occur. But they do occur therefore no such god exists.”
First let’s be sure we have the same definitions. According to the dictionary:

Beware the Magic Fan (Episode 2)
“Okay so…run me through this one more time, Marcus. Let me make sure I understand this correctly” Maoko groaned. They were both sitting in the den of their home talking. Marcus had finally decided to explain to his sister everything that had happened yesterday afternoon, but the look on her face showed very little belief or interest.
“Fine, but pay attention, okay?”
“I’m all ears.”
“I was stuck in a cave…”
“I got that part.” Maoko agreed.
“And I stumbled across this fan right here!” Marcus held up the magical fan that had caused him so much trouble.
In your closet, there is a very small hole in the ceiling about as big around as your thumb, something that you know is there, and have looked at many times. In your small closet, there are many things. Cloths hanging on a bar stretching from one side of the tiny hollow to the other, suspended in order to keep everything neat and tidy. Due to your character and disposition however, you leave clutter strewn about the floor, putting off the chore of cleaning until the unending dread of doing so has left you. Above you clothes hanger, there is a shelf, meant for whatever bits and bobs you wish to set upon it. A place for special t
The house on the far end of the forest was one that Clara had never seen before. Sure, she’d heard about it from others, but not once had she seen it. However, though she’d never seen the house, she knew who lived there; a young man who she’d occasionally seen in town. She’d never spoken to him or learned his name…but today she was going to greet him and welcome him to town. He’d only just moved in, right? She wanted to be neighborly. So here she stood, outside of the strangers house. It was tall, rustic, and old fashioned. It looked like the home of some old fashioned individual, but the stranger couldn

Tale of Fireeye Prologue: King of the Beam
On the Fifth Day of Second Moon, in the Fifth Year after the Fifteenth Raid after the Wall.
I did not bear witness to these events, but they were relayed to me in great detail by both Elric Fireeye, and by my father, the Captain Alex Ironshield. The word of these two men is known by all to be beyond reproach, and so I tell faithfully what was told to me.
It began on what all thought to be a quiet evening. Elric knelt beside the wooden beam that ran down the center of the Wardenhall, dividing it into the half filled with bunks for unmarried wardens and an area for mess and recreation. It was solid oak, a yard square in height and width,

Question: What Twilight Has To Teach Us
Hello and welcome to yet another Deep Cliff, where I listen to your questions and bring you in depth answers. I want to apologize for how long this entry took to write…but I’ve suffered a lot of blows to the heart in the past month or so and…it’s been hard on me. Now today I’m going to discuss Twilight. This was a subject I wanted to avoid because I wasn’t sure what to say about it…but after what happened to me last month and after an interesting conversation I witnessed not long ago…I felt I needed to talk about this.
Twilight is about Bella Swan, a bi
